Evan Van der mast
Evan has grown up around trucks and has lived through the evolution of ABC driving school central coast since its inception. He has about a decade of experience driving trucks and has been a trainer/assessor since 2021. He has recently taken over ABC from Bill in an attempt to let Bill step back a bit and ease into retirement (assuming he can keep himself away from you guys). He’s very friendly and a big nerd at heart. ask him about the latest games or tech news and you’ll get him going all day!
Bill Van der mast
Bill is Evan’s Father and one of our assessors. He originally started ABC driving school Central coast in the early 90s and has been driving trucks for about 50 years give or take. He has been involved in the ADTA in the past and was also directly involved with putting together the HVCBA scheme as it is today. His knowledge and experience in the field is unparalleled. He loves jumping on a boat and sailing away for a holiday. Ask him about his latest cruise, he may well have one booked just around the corner!
Alanna Milne
Alanna is Evan’s partner and ABC Driving School’s receptionist. If you’ve had to call the office there’s a good chance its her voice you’ve heard. Alanna got her car instructors licence in 2021 and helped run Central coast driver education along with Evan prior to acquiring ABC. Aside from the instructing Alanna loves the outdoors and often goes on multi-day hikes, ask her about one of her many adventures!

ABC Driving school central coast is a proud provider of driver training for the local council, fire brigade, ambulance and paramedic services, and rural fire services. Not to mention we also work with many local transport companies in the surrounding area.
